We’re thrilled to be hosting a special Instagram Live this month with Canadian-based podcaster and former Saffa, Kishen Morar, host of Zen & Now – a platform that’s become so much more than a podcast. What began as a space for open, honest storytelling has evolved into a global community rooted in presence, perspective, and healing.

Kishen created Zen & Now to break the silence around trauma, identity, and mental health, and to give people the space to feel seen, heard, and connected. His conversations are raw, real, and deeply human.

I had the privilege of being a guest on Zen & Now not long ago, and now it’s my turn to flip the mic and learn more about his personal journey, what grounds his work, and how mindfulness is shaping the way we live, lead, and heal.
