Dear Evolvers,
Welcome to February!
We’re officially in full swing for 2025, and it’s been an energising start filled with new connections, exciting projects, and the momentum to build something truly impactful. This month, we’re embracing self-love, steady progress, and the beauty of evolving together.

What’s happening at Keep Evolving
We set off the year with an insightful Instagram Live featuring Ashleigh Caradas, exploring the different types of hunger and how recognising our cues can help us make better choices. Don’t worry if you missed it; you can catch the replay on our social media pages.
On a more personal note, I’ve officially started my Master’s in Health Sciences, deepening my expertise in functional nutrition and integrative healthcare. This journey is already shaping the way I approach personal nutrition coaching, where I help clients understand their unique biochemistry and optimise their health from a functional medicine perspective.
If you’re curious about DNA testing, tailored nutrition plans, or personalised health coaching, I’ve put together a PDF with more information on these services, including special offerings and products to support your journey. Click here to learn more or get in touch directly. I’d love to connect and work with you!

Courses in development
Exciting things are happening behind the scenes! Our first signature course is set to launch in mid-March, marking the beginning of a series designed to bring expert-led insights into longevity, yoga, functional training, and more. These courses are developed in collaboration with leading professionals in their fields; while we’re not making any big promises just yet, we can confidently say that the content in progress is truly special. Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to launch.

The power of self love
February is known as the month of love, but before you start panic-buying chocolates and flowers, let’s turn the focus inward. Self-love isn’t just a feel-good idea; it’s a practice.
Join us for a special Instagram Live on Friday, 14th February, where we’ll explore how to cultivate self-compassion and start treating ourselves the way we would someone we genuinely love.
Because let’s be honest: how many of us are kinder to our best friends than we are to ourselves? It’s time to change that.

Don’t forget to have fun!
Life gets busy, we know. But amidst the chaos, fun is not optional: it’s essential. If you need a little nudge to prioritise joy, here are some takeaways from Catherine Price’s book, How to Feel Alive Again. (Funny enough, she’s also the author of How to Break Up with Your Phone.)
Fun is essential: It’s not indulgence: it’s survival. Fun is a state of full engagement and presence; a remedy for burnout.
Joy heals: Play isn’t a waste of time; it reduces stress, boosts creativity, and builds resilience.
Choose joy: Happiness doesn’t just happen – you have to make space for it. Protect what lights you up and prioritise it.
Rethink work: We’re not meant to just push through; fun is the secret ingredient to creativity, energy, and avoiding burnout.
Find your fun: What makes you feel alive? Find it, protect it, and make it part of your life.

A few extra tips
Move with intention: Whether it’s yoga, strength training, or a mindful walk, honour your body with movement that feels good.
Pause and reflect: A few moments of gratitude, journaling, or breathwork can re-centre your mind and reset your day.
Nourish from within: Your food fuels your energy. Experiment with vibrant, whole foods that support your well-being.
Connect and grow: Surround yourself with inspiring minds and keep learning; growth is one of the greatest forms of self-care.
As we move through February, let’s embrace the journey of growth—one step at a time. Thank you for being part of this community. Let’s keep evolving!
