Dear Evolvers,

In a world that constantly demands more from us –  more productivity, more perfection, more proving – it’s easy to forget what we’re already doing well. Sometimes, the most powerful shift begins with simply asking: What am I good at? What is already working?

This reflection isn’t about ego. It’s about grounding. It’s about noticing where your gifts live and letting them guide you forward purposefully. I asked myself this recently, and here’s what came up…

At Keep Evolving, we may not be where we want to be (just yet) in terms of wellness world domination. That being so, we have developed an incredible platform filled with expert insights on nutrition, movement, lifestyle medicine, and real-life wellness questions. Our community is growing every day. We’re just over 9 000 Facebook followers, and we’d love your support in reaching that 10k milestone. If something we’ve shared has inspired you, taught you a skill, or made you think, please like, comment, or share one of our recent posts. Every click helps.

Winter wellness essentials

Winter is here, bringing chilly winds and cozy moments – but so is your inner strength and power to stay healthy, energised, and resilient through the season! During the colder months, Integrative Health & Wellness Practitioner Prof. Celene Bernstein recommends you focus on:

  • Focus on boosting immunity  – Eat foods rich in Vitamin C  and zinc like citrus fruits, berries, broccoli, nuts, seeds and legumes.
  • Load up on warming foods like soups, garlic, ginger and turmeric
  • Sip on herbal teas and stay well hydrated
  • Prioritise sleep, stay active, and get sunshine when you can!
  • Avoid excess sugar, processed foods, and alcohol – they weaken your immunity
