Dear Evolvers,

From Freedom Day to Workers’ Day, we’re reminded of two powerful ideas.

Freedom and effort.

Yet real balance lives somewhere in between.

Over the past few days, I’ve been reminded how simple it can be to slow down and be present. To let go of expectation. To allow the day to unfold without needing to control every moment.

Alongside meaningful partnerships, I also had the exciting opportunity to attend a women’s entrepreneurship breakfast with the iconic Sally Williams.

It was a lovely morning of connection and shared perspective, and a reminder that meaningful work often happens quietly, through consistency and collaboration. Read more to follow.

That said, it brought me back to the same idea. That presence is something we carry with us into every space we enter.

“Wherever you are, be there totally.” — Eckhart Tolle

As we step into May, the invitation is simple.

To show up fully, wherever you are.

Studio updates and special events

Mind Body Evolve Studio | Glenhazel

Back at the studio, the rhythm continues to evolve.

With new instructors joining, fresh energy in the space, and small shifts in the timetable, it has been wonderful to see the community grow and settle into its own natural flow.
What remains constant is the intention. To create a space where you can move, reset, and reconnect.

Learning. Sharing. Evolving

Our monthly Facebook Lives have become a space for exactly that.

Previously, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Brett Kavonic for a conversation on how to better manage tension and the onset of headaches. It was incredibly insightful.

We explored not just the physical causes, but also the patterns and underlying contributors that are so often overlooked. I always come away from these conversations having learned something new.

If you missed it, watch the replay here.

Up next, I’ll be joined by Sarit Sror-Glickman for a conversation on BodyTalk on 22 May at 12pm. After experiencing a session myself, I’m really looking forward to sharing more about this modality and opening up a conversation about how the body communicates and heals.

Beyond the studio

Alongside our in-studio offerings, we continue to create corporate and team wellness experiences, bringing movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection into the workplace.

We are also excited to be growing our collaboration with Wellness Within at MAMI (Melrose Arch Mammography inc.), where DNA testing is now being offered as part of their wellness offering.

A corporate testimonial.
As we move through May, whether it is a day of work, a day of rest, or something in between, the invitation remains the same.

To be present.
To listen.
To keep evolving, right where you are.

“The present moment is the only time over which we have dominion.”
— Thích Nhất Hạnh

May all beings be happy.
May all beings be healthy.
May all beings live with ease.

Keep evolving,
