Since joining Keep Evolving, Mphile has expanded her impact beyond the gym floor, contributing to corporate wellness events and delivering specialised training for industry leaders such as Anglo American and ABSA Bank. She is the lead facilitator for our signature Masterclass: Warrior Mindset, a powerful session designed to build confidence, resilience, and real-world skills.
