Dear Evolvers,

January does not need to start with pressure, resolutions, or reinvention.

It can start with intention.

Our intention is to help you plan your January well, in a way that supports your body, your energy, and your life as a whole. Rather than doing everything at once, January offers an opportunity to return to rhythm, reconnect with yourself, and ease back into routine with clarity and care.

Studio reopening and January timetable

The studio will reopen officially on 12 January.

As we continue to navigate new operations and refine our offerings, we will be working with a draft timetable. This schedule provides structure while remaining adaptable as the studio continues to grow. It is not fixed. It is evolving, and it is designed with you in mind.

All studio classes are tailored, semi-private sessions. You will never walk into a crowded room or feel lost in the shuffle. Whether you are joining for yoga, functional training, or a restorative session, each class is intentionally designed to meet you where you are.

In addition to semi-private classes, private sessions are available and can be reserved
in advance.

If you bank with Discovery, you can book via the Vitality app by searching ‘Mind Body Evolve Studio’.

Download the studio timetable here.

Alternatively, you may sign up via the Octiv app and claim a complimentary demo class or consultation on the link below.

Nutrition, DNA testing, and personalised support

Mind Body Evolve is not just a studio. It is a functional wellness practice, which means we look at the bigger picture of health and work with you to understand how nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and daily habits interact.

If you have been looking for a more personalised, evidence-informed approach to wellbeing, January is an ideal time to begin. Alongside DNA and gut health testing, we offer evidence-informed health and lifestyle coaching, as well as support in designing personalised nutrition and training programmes aligned to your goals, energy, and life stage.

You may complete a DNA test on its own, pair it with tailored supplements, or simply order a personalised blend without testing. Everything we offer is designed to be flexible, practical, and individualised, meeting you where you are right now.

Food for real life: The workday lunchbox

As work routines resume, a little planning goes a long way. Think simple, nourishing, delicious, and realistic.

A few January-friendly lunchbox ideas:
  • A hearty grain and vegetable bowl with added protein
  • Leftover roasted vegetables with hummus and seed bread
  • A soup or dhal prepared once and enjoyed across the week
  • Fresh fruit, nuts, or yoghurt for steady afternoon energy
Your lunch does not need to be perfect. It simply needs to support you through your day.
January is not about setting rigid goals or overhauling your life. It is about re-establishing rhythm after the holidays and finding your footing again.

Think in small, steady steps:
One class at a time
One habit at a time
One mindful choice each day

As the year unfolds, progress is not about perfection. It is about showing up.

Caring for your body.
Supporting your mind.
And choosing consistency over extremes.

Be gentle with yourself as you return to routine. What you do repeatedly, with care and intention, matters far more than what you do occasionally with intensity.

Thank you for being part of this evolving community.

Let’s plan January well.
