It’s been such a joy to see familiar faces and welcome new ones into the studio these past few weeks.
The energy is building, classes are filling up, and it truly feels like Mind Body Evolve Studio is finding its grounding, with small, tailored sessions, intentional movement, and a beautiful community forming.

This month, we’re going live on Facebook with the wonderful Bronwyn Waner, a Certified Financial Planner and behavioural advisor, chatting about financial wellness beyond budgets and spreadsheets.

Bronwyn is also currently completing her training as a healer, bringing an even deeper, more holistic approach to the work she does. I recently had the privilege of experiencing a beautiful love imprint guided meditation with her, which we’ll be sharing more about during our chat too.
