In terms of health & wellbeing, what is the best thing you have ever invested in?
The best thing I've ever invested in, in terms of health and wellbeing, is definitely my mindfulness and meditation practice.
What are some activities that bring you joy? (What renews you?)
Riding my motorbike brings me immense joy because it requires complete focus, leaving no room for zoning out, which I find exhilarating.
Of all your accomplishments &/or experiences along your journey, what has been the most meaningful for you?
Of all my accomplishments, the most meaningful has been developing the Mindfulness Teacher Training program and training hundreds of people to teach and facilitate mindfulness
If you could meet a celebrity, who would you choose to have coffee with & why?
If I could meet a celebrity, I would choose the Dalai Lama, who has been an inspiration to me for many years. I’ve had the honor of being in his company, and his life story is both magical and deeply inspiring.
Can you share a quote you keep saying to yourself?
My favorite quote is by Albert Einstein: "You can live your life in two ways—one as though nothing is a miracle and the other as though everything is a miracle."
What is your own mantra to the world?
My mantra to the world is simple: Love yourself, and say it over and over again in your meditation.
How do you see yourself evolving, with Keep Evolving?
I see myself evolving with Keep Evolving by being of benefit to others through service, which is the core of my journey.
