The best investment I ever made was cross-qualification, allowing me to bring diverse expertise, deeper knowledge, practical insight, adaptability, innovation, and valuable experience across every element of fitness.
Of all your accomplishments, which has been the most meaningful to you?
Being a lecturer allows me to share knowledge and guide new fitness enthusiasts with confidence, helping them develop practical skills, discipline, motivation, and a deeper understanding of health and wellness.
When are you most happy?
I am happiest when I am in nature, surrounded by God’s beautiful creation.
If you could pursue any course, what would you choose?
I’m currently enjoying a Reformer Pilates course as it improves my flexibility, core strength, and overall physical and mental wellbeing.
Has anyone played a significant role in guiding you on your personal journey?
Not just one person, but many incredible individuals I’ve met throughout my 18 years in the fitness industry — the list is endless.
What advice would you give someone feeling stuck or struggling with motivation?
Visualise your goals and stay focused on your target — keeping a clear vision in mind helps you remain motivated, disciplined, and committed to achieving the results you truly desire.
