Sundri Atma

Sundri Atma is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and spiritual practitioner with over two decades of facilitating back to their inner power and the intelligence of their own energy field. Her work weaves breath, ancient yogic wisdom and nervous system regulation to soften deeply rooted emotional patterns.
In terms of wellbeing, what is the best thing you have ever invested in?
My breath — the most intimate teacher, always present, guiding me back to balance, awareness, and truth.
Of all your accomplishments, which has been the most meaningful to you?
The ongoing integration of all parts of myself — learning to meet both light and shadow with equal presence.
When are you most happy?
I no longer chase happiness. I rest in a steady inner neutrality — and from that space, a quiet, unwavering joy arises.
If you could pursue any course, what would you choose?
A lifelong study of the subconscious and the unwinding of conditioning — returning to what is true beneath all learned patterns and the liberation that unfolds as we move beyond them into authentic being
Has anyone played a significant role in guiding you on your personal journey?
Yes — my grandparents, my parents, my husband, and my children have each guided me through different seasons of my becoming. Every relationship is a mirror, each connection an invitation to know myself more deeply.
What advice would you give someone feeling stuck or struggling with motivation?
Return to the breath. Commit to consistent discipline with integrity. In this, true freedom is experienced — and your organic rhythm begins to regulate and guide you.
