Dear Evolvers,
As we move into autumn, there is a natural shift in energy all around us. The pace of the year has already picked up, routines are full, and life can start to feel a little chaotic. This season reminds us to slow down, settle into a steadier rhythm, and come back to balance, not by doing less, but by doing things with more awareness.
With the school holidays, Passover and Easter approaching, many of us are moving between work, family, travel, and changing schedules. It is easy to feel pulled in many directions at once. Autumn invites us to ground ourselves again and focus on what supports our health, our energy, and our sense of wellbeing.
“Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.”

At Keep Evolving, this time of year is always about returning to the basics. Consistent practice, good nutrition, time to breathe, and learning how to support the body in a more personalised way all help to create balance in the middle of real life.
Health is rarely about one big change. More often, it is the small things done regularly that make the biggest difference over time.

Community learning and conversations
Thank you to everyone who joined our recent Facebook Live with Marlain, where we spoke about the Enneagram and how personality patterns can influence behaviour, habits, relationships, and the way we respond to stress. It was a really interesting discussion and a reminder that understanding ourselves better is often the first step towards better health and balance.
For those who enjoyed the Enneagram talk and may be interested in exploring the topic further, we are considering running a small online Enneagram series. If you would like to be kept informed or added to the interest list, please contact us and we will make sure you receive the details as soon as they are finalised.
We are also hosting our next Facebook Live conversation with Dr Brett Kavonic, chiropractor at the Long Avenue Medical Centre.

Course spotlight: Longevity on a Plate
Food as Medicine for Long-Term Health
One of the key ideas we come back to again and again in functional nutrition is that food is not just fuel. What we eat influences inflammation, metabolism, hormone balance, digestion, and long-term health.
The Longevity on a Plate course looks at nutrition from a practical, functional perspective, focusing on everyday habits that support energy, gut health, hormone balance, and healthy ageing.
- Topics include:
- Food as medicine
- Reducing inflammation
- Supporting metabolism
- Gut health and digestion
- Building sustainable long-term habits
The course is suitable for anyone wanting to improve their own health, and is also CPD accredited for health professionals (8 CPD points).
Longevity on a Plate also pairs well with the Hormone Harmony course, which focuses more specifically on metabolism, hormones, and midlife health, and is also accredited for 8 CPD points.

Closing Reflection
A gentle reminder that health is not about doing everything perfectly, but about returning to the habits that keep us steady. A regular class, a walk, a good meal, a conversation, a moment to breathe. These small things, repeated consistently, are what allow the body and mind to find balance again.
“Small daily disciplines lead to great transformations over time.”
